Terms & Conditions for jitgo

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jitgo platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jitgo in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements whether written or oral. jitgo reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open and maintain an account on jitgo, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jitgo is a strictly adult platform and under no circumstances will accounts be opened for or used by persons under the age of 18.
• You are opening the account solely for your own personal use. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had a jitgo account that was suspended or closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• The funds you deposit are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

jitgo reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Suspected duplicate registrations, incomplete applications, or applications from ineligible persons will be rejected. Where fraudulent information is detected, jitgo may immediately close the account and void any balance without prior notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal — or at any time jitgo reasonably requests verification — you must complete the KYC process by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Bangladesh NID or passport) and, where required, proof of address. jitgo may also request proof of payment method ownership. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jitgo supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Additional payment partners may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of supported methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request. jitgo reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to the applicable blockchain network minimums and fees.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jitgo account balance in under 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by network. jitgo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. jitgo processes verified withdrawal requests on a rolling basis during operating hours. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases where additional security checks are required. jitgo reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

4.5 Currency

The primary account currency on jitgo is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. Exchange rates are provided by a third-party data feed and are displayed prior to confirmation of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jitgo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page or communicated via email at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on qualifying games before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Stakes placed on games with an RTP above the stated threshold, or on sportsbook markets at odds below the stated minimum, may not contribute fully toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of being credited. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are automatically voided and removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jitgo actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from a bonus, using software to systematically exploit free spin offers, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes. Where bonus abuse is identified, jitgo reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability and RTP

The games available on jitgo are provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and BGaming. Each game operates according to the rules published by its developer. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are certified by independent testing laboratories and are available in the in-game information panel. jitgo does not modify game RTP values or payout structures.

6.2 Provably Fair Crash Games

Crash games on jitgo — including Spribe Aviator, Mines, and Plinko — use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Each round's outcome is determined by a combination of a server seed, client seed, and nonce. Players may verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tool available in the game interface. The integrity of these algorithms is not controlled by jitgo and cannot be manipulated by the operator.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or sportsbook market — including but not limited to disconnections, display errors, incorrect odds display, or game freeze — jitgo reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. jitgo will investigate all malfunction reports and communicate outcomes to the affected player within 72 hours.

6.4 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the help section of the platform. These rules cover topics including void bet conditions, incomplete event resolution, in-play bet acceptance thresholds, and payout calculations for accumulators. In the event of an obvious pricing error on a sportsbook market, jitgo reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct price or void them entirely, regardless of whether they have already been settled.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jitgo platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from the following conduct:

• Underage access: Attempting to register or play on jitgo if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using different identifying information.
• Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate jitgo transactions.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sportsbook market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Money laundering: Using the jitgo platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to structure transactions in a manner intended to conceal their origin.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error, or platform malfunction to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral of the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jitgo

jitgo reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of bonuses, or any other conduct harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, and withdrawals will be restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by jitgo

Where an investigation confirms a breach of these terms, jitgo may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering, any remaining balance may be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. jitgo will provide written notification of the closure and, where a balance remains and no fraud is confirmed, will process a final withdrawal of cleared funds to the verified payment method on record.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the jitgo support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jitgo will process any verified balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method and permanently deactivate the account. Please note that voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion request — if you wish to exclude yourself from online gambling more broadly, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jitgo will send a notification to the registered email address prior to the dormancy threshold being reached. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳150 per calendar month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and verifying their identity.
